Recruitment procedure

We confirm the receipt of all applications by e-mail or mail. After having gone through all the applications for a specific job position we match the applicants to the job profile and decide to invite a number of suitable applicants to an interview. Usually there will be both a representative from the work area looking for a new employee and from the personnel department.

The applicants who are assessed to be suitable for the position will be invited to a second interview. This interview includes the completion of a personal and preference inventory which will be carried out by the human resource department in cooperation with the relevant manager.
