The core of the Ducorit® products is the unique Densit® Binder.

The different properties of Ducorit® S1, Ducorit® S5 and Ducorit® D4 are obtained by adding aggregates such as quartz sand or bauxite.
 

Ducorit® products are characterised by:
• Extremely high strength and outstanding fatigue properties
• Minimal shrinkage
• Ultra high bond between Ducorit® and steel
• High early-age strength
• High inner cohesion i.e. no mixing with seawater
• Low hydration heat

Installation
Ducorit® is mixed with water and pumped through flexible hoses into the annuli to be grouted. Grouting with Ducorit® can be carried out above and below sea level using ITW Densit processing equipment.
