Since the 2000 Densit ApS has grouted transition pieces to driven monopiles in 13 offshore wind farms. Presently Densit is grouting the 62 foundations of the Robin Rigg Offshore Wind Farm.

The Ducorit® grouted connection has proved to be an efficient and competitive foundation concept for offshore wind turbines due to the extreme properties of the grout. It is carried out by filling the annulus between the transition piece and the pile with pumpable Ducorit® - a cement-based special grout that sets in less than 24 hours.
